​MICHAEL ANDREW LAW CHEUK YUI（羅卓睿 1982年出生於英國香港）是一位當代藝術家，作品主要集中當代波普藝（Contemporary Pop）繪畫。羅卓睿曾與紐約意大利籍古典畫修復師/畫家丹安德森在他的工作室學習古典畫，素描及油畫功底深厚。

2008年羅卓睿獲得Eco Association Ltd資助 共同創辦了香港藝術工作室 Nature Art Workshop於中環開幕。除了製作和銷售羅卓睿的相關作品之外，該組織還為培養新一代香港藝術家的教育提供支持。作為策展人，羅卓睿組織多個當代藝術展，對香港的Y一代流行文化作出了一系列回應。
